To participate in athletics for West Virginia Academy, athletes and their parent/guardian must complete and submit all required documentation to the Director of Athletics. Athletes may not participate in practices, conditioning, weightlifting or tryouts until all documentation is received and approved.

All athletes will need to submit a copy of their completed physical exam form, as well as the acknowledgment, insurance information, and medical consent forms located in the WVA Athletics Handbook.

All physicals and required documentation must be dated July 1st 2023, or later to be valid for the 2023-24 school year.
